Get the app

Download the LostIt Tag: QR Code Lost and Found app from your store.

Users can get the LostIt Tag app on the App Store or the Play Store. Physical tags can be purchased on the LostIt Tag store or on Amazon.

Get LostIt Tags

Buy tags in the store or generate your QR code through the app, print, attach, or save to screen.

LostIt Tag users can buy physical tags on Amazon or the LostIt Tag store. They can also generate a digital QR code through the LostIt Tag app to print or save on a digital screen.

User Friendly

Easily add items through the app and protect all your personal items by following the prompts.

Assign information

Optionally add additional rewards and special instructions.

Users can provide special instructions, assign a reward, change default contact details, and assign other information to each item when adding items.

Contact Details

Information is auto-populated with user details, with the option to choose another contact.

Incentivized finders

We further incentivize finders in addition to the rewards you specify.

Finders of LostIt Tags are incentivized to return lost items to item owners. Rewards for returning lost items are displayed to finders after scanning a LostIt tag QR code, with the option to contact the owner anonymously.

Found item notification

Get notified & see a scan location when your item is found.

When finders scan a lost item, users will get a notification with a scan location of where their item was found and can start heading in that direction. They will also have the option to chat anonymously with the item finder through the app.

Anonymous chat

Personal information won't be shared between the item owner and the finder.

Users can communicate anonymously through the LostIt Tag platform. LostIt Tag will never share personal information such as a number, name, or email.

Report Lost Items

Report items as lost by adding your items to a reward seeker map, displayed to finders.

The LostIt Tag mobile application allows users to report lost items to a reward seekers map, if they realize their items are lost. It is not a requirement for item owners to do this, as functionality will still work, but this action will notify nearby finders of their lost items, and finders can start searching for the lost items in exchange for rewards.

Reward seekers are notified of items lost nearby. Find lost items and get rewards.

The LostIt Tag mobile application shows nearby lost items. Users can earn rewards by finding and returning lost items through this feature.

Activate your LostIt Tags

Simply follow this four easy steps

Attach LostIt Tag
You get started by purchasing your LostIt Tags here in the store. After your tags arrive, attach them to the items you want to protect.

Download the app
Download the LostIt Tag: QR code Lost&Found mobile app from the App Store or the Play Store. This app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Assign Information
Add the item you would like to protect in the app. Enter your item details and an optional reward as an incentive for finders of your lost item to return it to you.

Scan to Activate
Scan your purchased tags and apply a protection credit in the app, for each item you would like to protect. Finders of your lost item wont need to use the app.

Please note, that for every item you need protection for, you will need one LostIt Tag QR code, and one protection credit in the app.
